On Wednesday 27th July, Year 6 students (Bodhi Fennell. Maddie Bridge, Eva Turner, Cassious Ojok, Freddie Hogan, Yoonsik Kim, Zain Ahmad and Will Fox) attended a Rounders Match at Hollyfield Playing Field. Unfortunately, they lost their first game to St. Joseph's with the final score of 4 1/2 to 7 1/2 rounders. However, they came back winning against Knollmead with 7 1/2 to 1 1/2 rounders. They then played their third match against Latchmere with a narrow loss of 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 rounders. Despite the hot weather, they played really well, and many had the experience of playing sports on what will be their new secondary school field.
