Last week Year 1 were fortunate to have Stephanie from a Drama workshop come in to teach the children about Recycling. They all went on an 'adventure' to 'Planet Party' that had no trees, flowers or nature, children were encouraged to plant different trees and flowers and change the mindset of the creatures that lived on the planet to make them more eco friendly. The children enjoyed being 'Eco-superheroes' and learnt the 3 Rs, reduce, reuse and recycle. They learnt that by living by the 3 Rs our planet can be a better place.
