We are still a PLATINUM OPAL school!

Last Friday, we were reaccredited with the Platinum award for the second time. We are very proud of the play offer that our children get at school. We were told that "our second Platinum Award secures your spot firmly within the top 1 percent of UK primary schools (if not the world) for the quality of your play offer!" We couldn't be more excited for the future of play at St. Matthew's, a special thank you to all of our Play Team that support week in, week out in all weathers!

Primary Science Quality Mark in GILT

We've just received our Primary Science Quality Mark in GILT, the highest level, indicating that a school has exceptionally effective, established, and sustained science leadership and practice. Congratulations to Mrs Panesar, our Science Lead, who has led on the award and worked exceptionally hard with all stake holders!

Prospective Parents

If your child is due to start school in September 2026, we are hosting prospective parent tours in the Autumn Term 2025.
